BENACO EXPO | Cavaion Veronese

Born from an idea of Luca Perbellini Benaco Expo is a green city within which are present the most important brands leader in the green building sector.
The philosophy behind this project is to link together some important elements, the tourism, the green building and the traditional products of the Garda Lake, in this way in a single space a visitor can satisfy many different needs but all linked by attention to product sustainability.
The Area on which Benaco Expo will rise is near the A-22, the Highroad with links Italy to Austria, crossed every year by thousands of people. The site measures about 50.000 m2 and it’s dived by the project in three main area:
– a) Il Borgo del Gusto, in which are sold traditional products of Italian gastronomy,
– b) Expo Space, where the building companies present have the possibility to realize some sample houses complete in every detail to let the visitors know how they work and how could be live in a green house.
– c) Palarena, a large covered exhibition space designed with great flexibility to be able to host meetings and  stands inherent in the world of green building.
